Scope of Work: Full floral and greenery installation – ceilings, façade, walls, arches, and interior styling
Client Requirement: Create a timeless, Parisian-inspired café that feels immersive, romantic, and rich in visual detail without the burden of natural plant maintenance.
1. Project Overview
Café de Flora set out to build an experience-driven dining space—something that instantly transports visitors to European streets, floral walkways, and classic French cafes.
To achieve this ambience, they needed a floral environment that looked real, stayed fresh-looking every day, and worked seamlessly with their interior theme.
VCK Greens was brought in to conceptualize and execute the complete artificial floral and foliage décor across the café, from the grand entrance to the intimate indoor seating corners.
2. Design Intent & Challenges
The café features a distinctive teal façade, vintage windows, pastel upholstery, and ornate details. Our décor had to:

Every floral cluster had to look thoughtfully arranged—not artificial, not overly dense, and not too minimal.
3. Our Creative Solution
Floral Ceiling Installations
We designed cascading ceiling arrangements combining premium artificial roses, hydrangeas, peonies, lotuses, lush hanging ferns, and mixed greens.
A deep layering technique was used so that every angle—whether seated or standing—gave a natural, garden-like visual.
Soft lighting was integrated within the foliage to highlight the florals and create a warm, intimate glow.
Entrance Arch & Statement Wall
The café’s entrance became the visual anchor.
We crafted overflowing floral baskets, climbing branches, and vibrant pops of pinks, corals, and greens to make the façade inviting and photogenic.
This instantly established the identity of the café as a floral experience, not just a dining space.
Window Planters on the Façade
For the exterior balcony area, we created lush planter boxes of bright hydrangeas paired with long trailing greenery.
These added depth to the teal windows and made the café stand out from across the mall atrium.
Dining Area Green Ceiling
Inside the café, we installed a mix of premium green foliage, including cascading ferns, eucalyptus garlands, and textural fillers to create a subtle yet immersive canopy.
This created a relaxed dining atmosphere and balanced the floral-heavy entrance décor.
Corner Styling & Wall Arrangements
We framed accent walls with elegant florals that matched the café’s artwork and pastel furniture.
Neutral greens were added behind sofa seating areas to provide a natural partition and soften the space.
